The city of Campo Largo
Located in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba (PR), one of the great advantages of Campo Largo is its proximity to the state capital, which is about 30 km away from Curitiba.
With around 132 thousand inhabitants and an industrial profile, the city is welcoming and constantly evolving.
It is nationally known as the Capital of Porcelain and also concentrates industries in the furniture, metal-mechanic sector and has agricultural production, with emphasis on wine production.
The city offers an incredible variety of leisure spots, parks and rural tourism. With an HDI (human development index) of 0.745 – considered high for the country – it has an excellent rating in longevity, income and education.
In recent years it has been developing in the health sector, being home to important hospital centers such as Hospital do Rocio, which has the largest number of ICU beds in a single hospital.
